With the way that we live our lives these days, the stress that we deal with and the long hours that we work, it is not a surprise that we find ourselves discontent in some areas. Life skills coaching is one of the ways that we are able to address this discontent in one or more areas of our lives. A life skills coach is simply someone who is skilled in personal coaching methods and techniques and who dedicates himself or herself to helping others.
